Description
In this 1.5 hour free mini-series you will learn the basics of Lean, Six Sigma and understand how to benefit from the application of this methodology in your daily work. Six Sigma is a consistent data driven standard approach to continuous improvement based on the needs and requirements of the customer. We will learn the phases of Six Sigma such as Define Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control and understand how to apply this technique to eliminate inefficiency or specific issues.
