Week-4: Documenting a Few Steps of the Process: By studying the process flow we grasp the handoffs, bottlenecks, defects and what happens from start to finish.
Week-5: We can Design a More Efficient Process: We note opportunities or defects that occur within our process flow and start the improvement process.
