March 1 Course: Introduction to Six Sigma and the History of Quality

In this workshop we will review the American Society for Quality (ASQ) body of knowledge to understand the topics covered throughout this course. We will also discuss the introduction to Six Sigma, review the history of quality and understand how the lessons of our past can still be applied in the laboratory today.
