Facilitator Course: Observation ” Go and See”

In this Workshop, we will review the steps to plan, organize and execute an observation event. The details of the planning process will be discussed to include: the date, time, area of focus, communication to staff working in the area and the plan of travel. Planning the event includes meeting with leadership in advance of the event to discuss defective processes based on data. We will discuss the types of data to collect and how to present the findings.
