In this series, you will understand all aspects of this methodology applicable to the laboratory. You will learn the tools to identify, collect and analyze the most appropriate data specific to defining the problem and brainstorming and piloting solutions to eliminate defective processes. We prepare you to sit for the American Society of Quality Green Belt Certification Exam by following the American Society of Quality Body of Knowledge.
